A New Chapter Begins!
We are delighted to announce the successful signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between IQRAAA Humanitarian and Charity Foundation and Lonibu Health Development Foundation for the implementation of the LIFT Project (Linking Women through Information, Fistula Referral and Treatment).
The LIFT Project is a one-year initiative designed to improve awareness of obstetric fistula, strengthen community referral systems, and restore hope and dignity to women living with obstetric fistula across the 14 Local Government Areas of Zamfara State.
Implementation will be carried out in three phases, with each phase spanning three months.
Phase One (Central Zone): Gusau, Bungudu, Tsafe (Chafe), Maru.
This will be followed by:
Phase Two (Northern Zone): Zurmi, Shinkafi, Kaura Namoda, Birnin Magaji/Kiyawa
Phase Three (Western Zone): Anka, Bakura, Bukkuyum, Gummi, Maradun, Talata Mafara
